This strange little guy was scribbled out some time about January of 2002. The background fan-effect reminded me of the packaging of a popular New Zealand brand of baking powder which used a sunburs and the motto "Sure To Rise", hence the name.

I've never actually seen a chipmunk, at least not in real life. I probably saw one on Disneyland at some time during my childhood. Does this thing look anything like a chipmunk? I doubt it. But what the hell.
