Background

Born 332 turns of the seasons ago, Kaelli has experienced the tail end of the Elven Empire's decline. She is a Wild Elf of the Moondancer tribe, located in the Anforaois. She knows the area well, in particular the hidden paths. Less well known, but also travelled by Kaelli are the Snake's Back Mountains and she is adept at surviving in either environment.
 The years of combat have resulted in a highly skilled and determined warrior. The cloak she wears was taken from the champion of a rival tribe when he fell to her blades.
 Her forest upbringing has endowed her with Climbing, Stalking, Hiding and several other useful skills. But the most useful remain her combat skills and when she chose to leave her tribal lands she gained employment as a mercenary and most recently a bodyguard.
 The bodyguard job came to an end when the client did...but "Not on my watch." Kaelli used the cash she had saved to buy her warhorse "Loraini". Since then her current funds have dwindled and she is currently searching for a new source of income.

Appearance

Kaelli has long jet black hair, loosely gathered at the end by a leather thong hair tie. Her eyes are a very dark blue colour, large and almond shaped, they dominate her face. She wears knee-high soft leather boots, tight buckskin trousers, a mudflap, a soft leather halter top and a sweeping black leather cloak. Her favourite short swords are slung from scabbards on each hip. She wears a small quiver of arrows and carries a medium short bow.

Personality & Motivation

Like most Wild Elves she has spent her life fighting desperately for her place in the world. Unlike most she has chosen to leave her homeland and seek a greater destiny. She fervently believes that her life has been leading up to some world shaking achievement and that her skill at arms will play a heavy part in the victory.
 ...mind you the pursuit of cash is her current priority.

Notes: As an adventurer and person of no fixed abode, representatives of the law will tend to be suspicious of you, and it can be difficult to get credit. Innkeepers will want payment up front, for example, and substantial bonds will have to be posted to hire livestock.
